Every great company starts with a story. Ours began in Croatia in the summer of 2017, when a chance conversation about skincare led to the discovery of exceptional cosmetic expertise and a shared vision for creating premium products.

What started as an unexpected meeting grew into an international company combining cosmetic science, product development, manufacturing, and business expertise. Today, LRV Corp. helps brands develop, manufacture, and launch premium skincare products while supporting sustainable business growth through consulting and innovation.

Saila leads LRV Corp.'s consulting services, business strategy, and international growth. With extensive leadership experience, she helps clients build long-term success through practical guidance and strategic expertise.

Pia Virtanen

COO & Co-Founder

Pia is passionate about turning innovative product ideas into successful global brands. She leads LRV Corp.'s private label operations, working closely with clients from the initial concept through product development and manufacturing. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, Pia combines creativity with practical business expertise to bring premium skincare concepts to market.

Director of Research & Development

Based in Croatia, Pavla is a qualified pharmacist and cosmetic chemist with a passion for developing exceptional skincare. She leads our product development and is responsible for creating the majority of our formulations. By combining scientific precision with natural innovation, she ensures every product delivers outstanding quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, Fia brings extensive expertise in product development, beauty trends, and premium skincare. She plays a key role in developing new products, ensuring every detail from concept to final result meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and customer expectations

Peter Mustonen

Business Strategy & Finance Director

Peter is responsible for developing LRV Corp.'s business strategy and supporting long-term growth. He contributes to product development, helping transform ideas into commercially successful products. He also oversees financial administration and accounting, ensuring efficient operations across the company.

Matias Mustonen

Digital Development Coordinator

Matias is responsible for developing and maintaining LRV Corp.'s websites, ensuring our digital presence reflects the quality of our brands. In addition to supporting digital projects, he assists with financial administration and accounting, contributing to the efficient daily operations of the company.
